Mini Apple Pies
Never even thought of this but my girl friend and they were yummy. I'm going to try it myself but in still posting this.
Directions:
Bought pre made dough
Cut small circles of dough for bottom crust of pie
Place in muffin tin
Add pre mixed apples, flour, sugar, cinnamon
Use left over dough to cut out small shapes as top of pie crust
And the secret is pouring melted butter on each one
Bake for about 20 mins
Delicious!
we did these a second time in our own home and they were just as delicious as the first time.
This will make a dozen muffin-pan size mini apple pies.
Equipment:
1 muffin pan
1 circle cutter (or large mason jar lid)
2-3 small cookie cutters with cute shapes

Mermaid Cake
My first recent project. Searching Pinterest at 3am the night before Thais bday party, I saw a mermaid cake so next morning while party planners were decorating, I was baking. Thais helped and did the face, which was fine with me. Her cake, her party. She can have it look like how ever she wants lol! I was happy, it was super easy!
And here is my version

It's Not Much but It's Something
I love doing crafts and organizing but I do not get a chance to do it as often as I would like. How ever when I do, actually complete one, I love to share it and tell people about how cute it was or how it helped me save time or stress. I usually blog about it, on my other blog but then it gets lost in our daily posts, so I wanted some where I could just post about projects I have done. I can not promise it will be updated often but Im hoping it helps me to at least post weekly. Sit back and enjoy and hopefully this will help you in some where shape or form, because really thats what it is about. Helping one another.
